placing your order: You can pay by credit card or PayPal through our secure shopping cart, or you may call and place your order over the phone with your credit card.
Placing an on-line order – Click ‘Add to Cart’ when you chose an item you’d like to purchase. Your shopping cart will be stored until you’re ready to check out. Select the checkout button when you finished your selections. You’ll be able to review your Shopping Cart items, and how much you’ve spent, including standard shipping.
When you’re satisfied with your selections, hit the Checkout Button and you’ll have the option to Sign In if you’ve already registered, or to fill out the Registration Form if this is your first order.
Ordering by telephone - Just call during our regular office hours and we will take your order over the phone. Phone orders must be paid by credit card at the time of purchase.
but what if...? If you still have questions, or have technical difficulties placing your order, don’t throw your computer out a window, just give us a call.
shipping policy We primarily use the USPS for shipping and tracking packages. Shipping charges include USPS delivery confirmation to protect both parties. Delivery confirmation is available with US shipments only. We often ship via Media Mail. Express shipping is not available at this time.
Your order will ship within 3-4 business days using standard shipping.
If you have any special circumstances that affect your shipment, please call or e-mail us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

- Shipments outside of the United States: A flat $16 or $24 (determined by order total and/or weight) is added to orders shipped outside of the United States. However, depending on the weight of your order, the actual shipping charge may exceed this amount. (FYI—packages shipped outside of the US weighing less than 4 lbs. range between $16—$24 for First Class International). If the package weight exceeds 4 lbs., we will contact you via e-mail to request payment of the additional shipping cost.
return and exchange policy Under the following conditions, we will gladly accept your return within 35 days of our ship date. In order to receive a refund or credit, your returned item(s) must be in new, undamaged condition, and in its original packaging. Please take care when packaging items for return. (For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping return items with an insured carrier.)
The following information must be included to process your return: · Contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail) · Order Number · Reason for the return
All items must be returned in resalable condition, that is with the original box, packaging (if applicable) and product instructions or other papers. Once the item is received and deemed to be in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note - if you choose to return a product by simply refusing delivery and without notifying Customer Service, you will still incur the fees as described above. Your refund will not be processed until the item is received by us in its original resalable condition. You can expect to receive your refund check within two weeks. The refund will be in the amount of the item(s) purchased, less the original shipping costs.
A refund or credit will not be given for merchandise returned more than 35 days after the ship date.

We use the Authorize.net gateway technology. When you enter your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information, including your card number and your name and address.
When you place your order, you will be asked to fill out a registration form requesting the basic information we need to complete your order.
